2013 IPaD and PAS year-end review reminders

HRS would like to remind all staff of the need to plan and prepare in advance for the 2013 year-end Performance Reviews. HRS will send a detailed schedule in the coming weeks.

During workplace performance reviews, staff and supervisors jointly recognize success, problem-solve challenges, discuss results, and agree on year-end performance expectations.
