HRS conducts information sessions on IPaD and NRS Career Growth for supervisors and staff

Human Resource Services (HRS) scheduled series of information sessions in the first quarter of 2014 to introduce the two new important guidelines: Guidelines for the Appointment, Promotion and Transfer of NRS and Guidelines for Job Reclassification of NRS Positions. The activity started on January 22 and will end on February 4 at IRRI headquarters.

The information sessions also cover the two new feedback points (e.g. Key Performance Indicators and Core Competencies) for the Individual Performance and Development (IPaD) for Nationally Recruited Staff (NRS).

These Guidelines will take effect in all IRRI offices on 1 February 2014.
