Information sessions on NRS Career Growth opportunities on-going


HRS is holding information sessions on the new Guidelines for the Appointment, Promotion, and Transfer of Staff (or NRS Career Paths) and the new Guidelines for Job Reclassification of NRS position. Also covered are some updates on the IPaD process. So far, a total of 150 HQ-based staff and supervisors have attended the sessions.

The information sessions answers a number of questions, such as "How are IPaDs linked to NRS promotion opportunities?", "Why should key performance indicators be discussed in the IPaD discussions?,"  and "What is the difference between a promotion and a job reclassification?"

To ensure all staff are well informed on the NRS Career Paths and the IPaD process, additional information sessions will be held at headquarters on the following dates:
