IRRI holds women and leadership workshop

IRRI held the Women & Leadership Workshop on 4 March 2014 at headquarters. This is one of the newest learning and development programs introduced by Human Resource Services (HRS).

Participants were Amelia Henry (CESD), Anilyn Maningas (TC), Fiona Hay (GRC), Kshirod Jena (PBGB), Leigh Vial (ES), Lily Molina (GQNC), Liz Humphreys (CESD), Maria Socorro Arboleda (TC), Matthew Morell (DDGR), Rochie Cuevas (GQNC), Sonia Akter (SSD) and Tony Lambino (COMMS).

The 1-day workshop engaged leaders through facilitated exercises for awareness raising, best practice sharing and discussion on how to create an organization where both men and women can thrive.

The workshop was facilitated by Liz Luya of Growing Edge Limited. Operating out of Hong Kong, Growing Edge provides executive coaching, leadership and organization development services across the Asia region.
