10 HQ-based nationally recruited research and support staff attended the 2-day workshop, which was facilitated by Bobby Alvarez. The program participants were: Michael Alcasid (C4), Rona Calderon (C4), Lourdes Columbres (CPS), Geraldine Dabu (SSD), Camille Joy Enalbes (DRPC), Jennedes Rosaliza Estay (TS), Merlito Frias Jr. (PBGB), Oscar Gonzales (PBGB), Joana Marie Salonga (C4), Marlina Velasco (C4).

EBW is a nine-module program that aims to provide the steps in planning and preparing their written correspondences such as letters, e-mails, memos, and announcements. It also enables them to demonstrate the principles of completeness, correctness, clarity, conciseness and consideration in writing. This interactive training continuously receives positive participant feedback since its pilot launch in 2011.
