IRRI launches new and improved recruitment site and staffing services strategy

Human Resource Services (HRS) is pleased to announce the launch of its new recruitment website, partnered with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and its new staffing service strategy.

The new ATS contains features that enhance the applicant experience. Candidates can now create job alerts, a personal profile, and monitor the status of their application(s).  General applications can also be submitted and will be stored in our resume bank for potential opportunities.  To explore the new recruitment site, visit

Additionally, Staffing Services team members are now partnering with IRRI managers and supervisors under their respective accounts for staff planning, recruitment and selection concerns. The goal is to enhance the service delivered to units by assigning a Staffing Advisor who will focus on the staffing situation of specific units.  Below are the Staffing Advisors and their respective accounts:
