2nd Managing Employee Performance Workshop


IRRI holds the second Managing Employee Performance Workshop on 17-18 June 2014 at headquarters.

18 HQ-based staff attended the workshop. Participants were Eunice Andarin (HRS), Vanica Apostol (PBGB), Akshaya Kumar Biswal  (PGBG), Joong Hyoun Chin (PBGB), Eric John Cruz (GQNC), Erik Jon De Asis (PBGB), Ma. Stephanie Dwiyanti (PBGB), Buyung Hadi (CESD), Ma. Rebecca Laza (CESD), Jennine Rose Lapis (GQNC), Mallikarjuna Swamy (PBGB), Benedict Pamatmat (PO), Julius RaƱada (C4), Nida Reyes (HRS), Ryan Romasanta (CESD), Suchit Shrestha (PBGB), Adam Sparks (PBGB), and Violeta Villegas (PBGB).

Customized for IRRI, the two-day workshop is a 9-module program that aims to develop the people handling skills of supervisors and enable them to understand the value and benefits of performance coaching as an important factor in preparing the Institute's future leaders.

The workshop was facilitated by Art Cruz, managing consultant at Guthrie-Jensen, a management training and consultancy firm in the Philippines. They previously held series of workshops at IRRI headquarters such as Effective Presentation Skills and Effective Business Writing.
