Essential interviewing skills workshop held at HQ


Human Resource Services in partnership with Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), holds the Essential Interviewing Skills workshop on 8-10 October 2014 at headquarters.

The 3-day workshop aims to assess the purpose of different types of interview, undertake structured preparation for different interview situations, use sound interviewing techniques to gather accurate information, interpret information and make decisions, and plan and conduct a range of interviews.

​11 HQ-based staff attended including Rogelio Cabunagan (PBGB), Glenn Gregorio (PBGB), Kshirod Jena (PBGB), Janelle Jung (TC), Inez Slamet-Loedin (PBGB), Valerien Pede (SSD), Divina Pernia (Controller-FOP), Hung Van Nguyen (CESD), Margeorie Vasquez (HRS), Hershey Aquino (HRS), and Hope Webber (SSD).

The course was facilitated by Woon Chet Choon, a training consultant from CIPD based in United Kingdom (UK). CIPD is a professional body for HR and people development who bring together extensive research and thought leadership, practical advice and guidance, professional development and rigorous professional standards to drive better capabilities and understanding in how organizations of all kinds operate and perform, and in how they manage and develop people.
