​HRS holds IRRI's ​2014 E​arly R​etirement ​P​rogram (ERP)​ Information Session


Human Resource Services (HRS) organized this year’s Early Retirement Program (ERP) information session on 17 October 2014 for HQ-based Nationally Recruited Staff (NRS)​. Held annually, this session provides interested applicants the opportunity to learn about the eligibility requirements,​ ​application process, as well as the post-retirement support ​and assistance ​programs.

Realizing the importance of smooth transition from work to retirement and to further develop targeted employee retirement program support interventions, ​HRS ​Business Partner for Workplace Relations and Advisory Services, Joyce Finegan ​​also ​conducted a ​mini-​retirement​ planning workshop. Individual participants was asked to complete a questionnaire and was later asked to join a group of other attendees with areas of common interest.

Towards the end of the program, Kentjie Masaredo, HRS Administrator for Compensation and​ Benefits,​ ​provided some basic information about government mandated benefits and how​ ERP​ incentives​ in general are calculated.
