2014 Year-end Performance and Development Review

Human Resource Services (HRS) will introduce a one form to be used by all staff called 'myPAD', which stands for "my Performance Plans, Appraisal and Development." The aim is to simplify the 'form-filling' process and make it less bureaucratic. More details will be sent out in due course and information sessions will be conducted by HRS in January 2015. For proper guidance, staff are advised to follow the steps below:

STEP TIMELINE
1) Staff member completes 2014 Year-End Accomplishments in IPaD/PAS 08-19 December 2014
2) Guide to myPAD: Information Sessions for all IRRI Staff 12-23 January 2015
3) Staff member completes (draft of) 2015 Performance Plans in myPAD 26 January-06 February 2015

4) Supervisor and staff member meet, discuss and agree on:

IPaD/PAS
  • 2014 year-end achievements 
  • Demonstrated strengths and development plans 
  • Final rating 
myPAD
  • 2015 Performance Plans/objectives for the year (with weight and desired results for each objective)
09-20 February 2015

5) Have the IPaD/PAS (with final rating) signed by
  • Staff member 
  • Supervisor 
  • OU/Division Head
23-27 February 2015
6) Deadline of submission of signed IPaD/PAS to HR 09 March 2015
