Guidelines on Flexible Work Arrangements

IRRI is introducing the Guidelines on Flexible Work Arrangements to allow greater flexibility and balance between work and personal and family commitments. The Guidelines provide supervisors and employees with an outline of the expectations and responsibilities of all parties involved in the flexible work arrangements.
