Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

How do I complete my 2014 year-end review? In IPaD and PAS, as our 2014 performance plans and mid-year review are already there. Please submit the accomplished and signed forms to HRS by 06 March.
How do I prepare/complete my 2015 performance and development plans? We are using the myPAD form. This January-February, please complete:
  • Cover Page 
  • Sec I – Performance Objectives with planned results (quality, quantity, etc) and weight for each objective 
  • Sec III – Development Opportunities with recommendation and timetable
Where can I get reference materials on myPAD? You can check the guide to myPAD in Google Drive or in myHR.irri.org.
Do I need to record in the form all the feedback given by my supervisor? Key aspects of your performance can be recorded on myPAD at any time though aspects that cover significant progress in mid-year and the actual results in year-end are the most important. myPAD is the summary of your performance. We encourage supervisors to provide feedback as and when necessary and keep a continuous record in a separate notebook where more detail can be included.
Why do we leave the section on ratings blank? We thank you for your feedback on the ratings in the information sessions. We will be reviewing this section and sending you an update in due course. In the meantime, please complete your 2015 performance and development plans. Thank you!
